Booking
How do I book a people carrier?
Get in touch with your pick-up, drop-off, date, time, passengers and luggage. We’ll recommend the right vehicle, confirm a fixed price and send your booking confirmation and driver details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially for 8-seaters and peak travel dates. Short-notice requests are welcome subject to availability.
Can I add multiple stops?
Yes. Tell us every pick-up and drop-off point when booking and we’ll include them in the fixed price.
Airport pickups
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number and we track it live, adjusting your pick-up time to the actual landing at no extra cost.
Where will I meet my driver?
For meet & greet pickups your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a name board. You’ll receive their name and phone number before you land.
Is waiting time included?
Yes. Airport pickups include free waiting time after landing to clear passport control and collect your bags. Your quote confirms the exact allowance.
