Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from MPV Executive. Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us straight away if anything is incorrect.

2. Prices

Quoted prices are fixed for the journey described in your confirmation. Changes to the route, stops, timing, vehicle or passenger numbers may change the price. Any additional charges are agreed with you before they apply.

3. Waiting time

Airport pickups include free waiting time after landing, as stated in your confirmation. Other pickups include a shorter free waiting period. Waiting beyond the free allowance may be charged.

4. Passengers & luggage

Passenger and luggage numbers must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. Child seats must be requested at the time of booking. Drivers may refuse to carry passengers who are abusive or whose behaviour endangers the driver, vehicle or other passengers.

5. Payment

Payment is due as stated in your confirmation. Business accounts are invoiced according to their agreed terms.

6. Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up, or no-shows, may be charged up to the full fare.

7. Delays

We do our best to arrive on time but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control.

8. Lost property

Please check the vehicle before leaving. Contact us as soon as possible about any lost items and we will help arrange their return.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
